• 24/7 workflow monitoring
• Support and review by subject experts
• All transcriptionists must have at least 3 years of experience (medical transcriptionists must have at least 5 years of experience)
• All transcriptionists are checked for verbal and written communication skills
• Senior transcriptionist require certification
• All transcribers use our software and work from secure PCs
